Timeline
Booking to MLS in four steps.

Book
Pick a package and a time on the booking page, with live pricing as you build. Your request is confirmed within the day, and the prep checklist arrives with it.

Prep
Sellers work the checklist the night before. Fifteen minutes of prep is worth more than any edit.

Shoot
We walk the agreed shot list: exteriors first while the light cooperates, then room by room, corners and details included. Most homes finish in 60 to 120 minutes.

Delivered
A gallery link arrives in by 5 PM the next day. Files are exported to MLS resolution and ratio, named in shooting order, no watermarks. Rush delivery lands the gallery the same day when confirmed at booking.

License and policies

- You receive a marketing license covering MLS, web, email, and print for the listing. Copyright stays with Kings Real Estate Media, the industry standard.
- Weather: drone and twilight sessions reschedule free within 48 hours. Interiors shoot regardless.
- Twin Cities shoots carry a $175 travel fee, waived with The Full Listing bundle.
- Reschedules for any reason are free up to 24 hours before the shoot.
- If anything on the agreed shot list is missing, we reshoot it at no cost.
- Nothing is paid when you book online. Your invoice arrives through a secure card link after the gallery is delivered. No net-30 invoices to chase mid-transaction.
