Kings Real Estate Media retains copyright, standard for professional listing media. You receive a license to use the images and video for marketing that listing across MLS, web, email, and print. The license is broad where it matters: the listing.

Video is our home field. Kings Real Estate Media is run by a documentary film studio, so your listing video is shot, scored, and color graded like a film, not a phone walkthrough. Every video package includes a social media cut.

Drone and twilight sessions reschedule free within 48 hours when weather does not cooperate. Interior photos are never weather dependent and shoot as planned.

Yes. For-sale-by-owner sellers buy the same packages at the same prices as agents, and get the same turnaround.

We are based in Worthington and work the surrounding southwest Minnesota communities: Luverne, Pipestone, Windom, Jackson, Fairmont, Marshall, and the towns between. The Sioux Falls area is about an hour away and scheduled regularly. Twin Cities shoots are welcome with a $175 travel fee, waived with The Full Listing bundle.

Nothing is collected when you book online. Your invoice arrives through a secure card link after the gallery is delivered. No net-30 invoices, no chasing paperwork mid-transaction.

If anything on the agreed shot list is missing, we reshoot it at no cost. The gallery is not done until the list is complete.
